You can buy it at that cookware distributor place on temple street in chinatown. But they are not cheap. Alternative is to go mustafa (3rd floor) to take a look.

The furthest I'd go is medium rare (very very very seldom though, often by mistake than intentional). If eating rare, you might as well take your knife and fork in front of a live cow... :bsmilie:
