ahem... am quite a noob... don't understand why big stopper is much preferred than either a hitech or singh-ray ... :sweat:

Dunno about Singh-ray or hitech, I know they too have 10-stoppers... but Lee's Biggie Stopper is offered in tinted glass, not tinted resin... for glass at that price is value for $$$

If I'm not wrong, the Stopper filters IR better... hence cooler...

i have B+W because i admire SoulFly's works.

maybe i more into IR, so B+W is good enough for me.. but i am still far from SoulFly's level.. :sweat:

i need to play more with it and learn it... LOL

I'm not saying B+W is not good. Actually, reason why I get Lee is because of the Big Stopper AND because of the holder system, where I can play with GNDs... That's why no need to get ring filters for me... EXCEPT for C-PL... which I haven't gotten till this day... :bsmilie:

About 200, better check with TK or Cathay for an accurate figure... This does not cover the holder and ring...

Lee big stopper is selling for $200 filter alone. You need the filter holder Also to use it. Can get the friendly china version from op for around 115-120 including the ring adapter.
