Bro, bring the exposure down 0.5 to 1 stop. Crop away 2/3 to 3/4 of the empty sky. Convert to B&W... and do high contrast.

See the water is actually brighter than the sky?
You moved quite a lot between the 2 exposures, so I had difficulty doing the blending (your head near the horizon). Can see a slight 'ghost' behind your head

WB a little too warm Manita. I'm not too fond of the compostion, with the rocks in the foreground... sort of like a slashing diagonal.
