you see it quite often in Newbies Corner, when someone asks for advice about camera choice.
Inevitably there will be someone (usually it's a Senior Member with 5-digit post count, but sometimes another fella) who will take the trouble to preach about how good the Sony Alpha system is....


well, I'm not saying it's no good... far from it.
But this style of brand hard-selling... just makes me disgusted.

These are the 2 great differences. NNB senior member to newbies like me. ZCA also. DD123 already senior member.

I noticed him when I joined CS already. His replies made me WTF to myself after a while.

I senior member because I signed up back in 2005 for a look see. posted a picture in critque, then posted a BnS.. then MIA till :bsmilie: 2009.

No la. Back then I was living in China... no time to shoot also, run here run there. Mostly shoot with PnS only.

the difference is he promote photography, improving technique, mastering your camera, etc.
the other one likes to talk about how Sony is better than all the other brands because of higher fps, better AF, etc etc...

we should include family members as well? BBQ is nicer on weekend (more time), but most need to have family time... so best compromise is to combine BBQ time and family time
