Next time we have SunChasersSG BBQ party there!

Hahaha if last time bought Orchard Residences, now will be rolling in cash when you sell. I think price psf went up by $700 or something. Should be >$4K psf.

Wah, I move east, you move west. Are you avoiding me?
why you assume that he moved west?
Cannot stay in the east and have sunset view meh? ;)

like that I stay central so got no view la.....

Wah... you mean you have been without a UWA so long?
yeah hor... can't remember if CT had a UWA or not...

$500 for Nikon 10-24 is basically impossible, even if it's like condition 6 or 7.
Not sure about Sigma's pricing, especially for a condition 10 item.

heh heh.... widest for me is 18mm.
Been working around this limitation loh and sometimes using stitch to overcome this handicap. Now I beginning to feel it as even the stitched photo didn't come up as good when compare to using the uwa.

but if you use UWA and then try to stitch as well, gotta be careful of all that distortion.

amazon.com now selling the sigma 10-20 f4-5.6 for around S$635....minus shipping.
For a good condition 2nd hand (nevermind if it is 3 years old) sigma 10-20 f4-5.6, I feel that $500+ should be quite a fair value.

Nikon 10-24... please offer me. MS photo is selling for S$1350. I am hoping to get it for around $1000. Sorry for the misunderstanding... :sweatsm:

I got no 10-24 to offer you! :)

I'm stuck with my 12-24 still.... :) Will see how I feel about the wideness... kriegsketten did a comparison 10,11,12mm shots taken with his 10-24... quite poisonous :)
