Bro, the above looks like it is under-exposed.



The above is over-exposed. For me, I will reduce the exposure from the over-exposed photo, then merging the two, bringing out the sky from the under-exposed photo into the over-exposed photo. But that's just me.

I think it's mainly wide angle distortion though.
You can see the buildings on both sides of the image are tilted inwards... so it's not horizon tilt.

It's slightly tilted though.
You see that the reflection of Central is slightly to the left of the building... the vertical wall is slightly off-vertical.

Nice use of the ND110 colour cast to create this. Sometimes on boring days, we just have to get creative
