Subscribed to Forum Thread, but not receiving email or folder notifications

Hi Admins,

I have subscribed to a couple of forum threads, but I am not receiving email or folder notifications. What could be the solution to this or is this a hiccup..?

Hi Admin.. is this an issue that would not be resolved soon? Hope to know the subscription notification so at least I can check out on threads regularly and not trawl the forum every day.... Appreciated..!

As far as we are aware, forum and thread subscription emails have been restored and are being sent out. Please check the subscription settings in your Control Panel as well as the spam folder in your email account.

During the process of troubleshooting the subscription email issue, there was a flood of emails sent out which may have been marked as spam by your email provider.

I've just started to get this problem. Subscribed thread doesn't show up in CS.. using from iPhone.

It seems that the Default Thread Subscription Mode in the General Settings had been configured to "Do Not Subscribed" and I don't recall making any adjustment to it either, so perhaps you guys might want to check out the setting and adjust it accordingly.

yeah same here, the prob jz started for me ard 1 week ago till today
