I got this from "management@clubsnap.org" in my clubsnap mailbox:

Dear user of e-mail server "Clubsnap.org",

Your e-mail account will be disabled because of improper using in next
three days, if you are still wishing to use it, please, resign your
account information.

For details see the attached file.


I don't quite comprehend the cryptic english, but i guess it is trying to tell me that if I abuse my email in the next 3 days, my account will be disabled. And if I need to retain my email, I need to resign my account information.

Either way, I do not have an email account. :bsmilie:

Mods: Please advise on this matter or is clubsnap mail service a case of mail spams?

sounds like a virus. i'd be very careful about this cos AFAIK, CS doesn't send out emails with attachments. if it's a .TXT or .ZIP file, it's probably a virus, there's one going around these days.

the admins would probably know better...

Yes. Downloaded the file into my heuristic and found that it is a virus.

I always believed that Clubsnap mods have better english
