The old Canon lens is way pass warranty, it is out of production years ago. That is why they do not have spare parts. Since sony bought over KM, and use their mount, Sony should be "responsible" in a sense right? Else why buy over KM?

They didn't buy over KM to take over supporting old lenses. They took it over for the IP.

I feel sad for the KM users in the pass....what if one day sony decided to drop DSLR and someone take over?:think: Cos photography is not Sony's main rice bowl afterall.
