for the geraldine3.jpg, i was testing out the soft effect as posted in another thread.

If you want to acheive the soft effect, suggest that you also increase your color saturation and increase sharpening of your model's eye's. Takes practice. hehe, so have fun ..

As for 1/3 rule. I think it generally applies to photography

Not really. The 1/3 rule is just a guide. Utlimately, it's what you think works for your photos. Suggest you take a look at those fashion shoots. See if they follow the 1/3 rule or not? Cheers.
