Hi All,

Just to inform that I had remove some of the images that is taken outside Spore to keep the thread proper arrangement as per the title. :embrass: My apology!

Yep, agree that I was too carried away by this work and due to laziness, I upload other work in this thread. Pardon my mistakes and sincerely thank you to all the comments and suggestions from you guys...

Hope all of you enjoy the work...Cheers! :)

BR,
Thomas

Taken yesterday at Lower Seletar Reservoir and increase the exposure to isolate main subject from water and land....

What do you guys think? C+C please! Cheers!

How about a closer panoramic crop? Wonder how it'll look.

Hi Ahbian,

Yep, had try out the pano closer crop and it does works well though. :)

However, the work am doing is referring to square format type...:)

Thank you for your kind suggestion...Cheers.

Surreal stuff. I'm torn between wanting to kill myself and liking it. It's too peaceful for my chaotic life, but yet I like it some. :P Nice shots.

i am not so sure what is minimalism , but the pics do give me a very special feeling

i love it !

wow...where do you find so many isolated things in the sea?

Thanks Koole for dropping by and liking it...

Take it easy with ur life...at times it can be chaotic, it really depends on how you look at it and how you handle it...that is part of life...full of ups and downs and really challenging most of the time...

I do not know what you are up to but take a break...relax and perhaps some soul searching will helps...

Cheers! :)

:)...inspired by many of the photographers in this forum on the place and when I was there, I try to isolate and focus on the single out the object from many...

also, did some cloning and stuff to clear the 'tankers' and etc to get a clear horizon....:embrass:

thank you dropping by and images mainly taken around central reservoirs and changi broadwalk...

ps: does this consider minimal? please advice...:)... something different from the water work...

Yes, at least to me it is. Good take for #14. :)

This does not have the same minimalistic feel like your other shots. The patterns kinda change the mood of this photo :(.

PS: Am looking forward to collecting my 10 stop B+W ND filter from Henessy this weekend :)

it's quite strange that the term 'minimalism' has been used largely interchangeably here

a bare picture doesnt have to be minimalist, and neither does one of a complex subject have to be non-minimalist

then again, what do i know
