The first thing that comes to my mind when I recall user name night86mare is a person who would often help newbies in here... and at other times pass on his direct user experience to others. But, lately, weird things have been happening in this forum which is definitely not the norm in other popular forums which I also regularly visit.

Only time will tell if night86mare is allowed to come back. The little research I did indicates that his absence is temporary.

By the way, is night86mare a local? There are some regular international members in here as well... one of us posts regularly from the West... if I remember correctly.

Many a times it takes guts and courage NOT to leave things as it is... else often a thing left as it is only ends up in a more rotten state down the road. A personal and general observation based upon practical real life experience.

My order have arrived from Best Battery. 1300mAH and 7.4V. Have not really tried it except for about 60 shots yesterday. Seem Ok. Will only know when i am done with the Varsity Sports Calendar in January.

One piece have been reserved (Vitor). 2 more available at $22 each. I am at Hillview and works at NTU. Let me know if u want the 2 remaining batteries.

Sad .....
I don't want to know why or speculate what actually happen.

This I know :

I benefited from his APAD diary. I can see no one as consistent as he in posting his photos daily.
His photos are GREAT !
He is courteous and willing to help newbies.

Hope he can return. Mods and Admins .... can that be done for the good of the photographers, hobbyists and enthusiasts here ?

Or at least restore his APAD dairy.
