hi i am considering between the LCS-FX or LCJ-FHA case for my 717. from experience, does anyone have ideas of which one is better?

for eg, which one offers more protection, convinience or MS slots?...

The LCS-FX does not protect the cam very well on rainy days. However, I manage to squeeze in an extra battery and 2 memory stick pros with their protective casings into the small compartment.

The LCJ-FHA I believe does have any compartments.

Pls update the price of the LCJ-FHA if you get one.

Hi, I have a 717. Bought it last December, so far so good.

Are there any must have accessories? I have bought a tripod, wide angle and tele lenses. Currently surviving on 64 + 32 + 8 mb memory sticks. I hear that there's a 512 memory stick coming out soon?

Falcon, sorry I quitted. Have been a Sony user for >3 years, started with F55 in 2000, liked it very much, then moved on to S75 in 2001, liked it even more, then moved on to F717 in 2002, unbelieveable. Just love the Sony products and the Sony Singapore service center. Maybe one day I will come back to

Congrats! Make full use of it. My advice is that dun buy so many accessories at one go. Learn to work one at time. Work till u perfected it then expore other possiblities.

becoming a wanna sell thread... i have a wanna buy...

anyone selling the IR emitter? cathay no stock & selling for 80 bucks. Sony shop selling for 100++. i asked them they say not for the model. quite strange. its the IRM model.
