Sony A7 with M mount lens

its so tough haha... just to check... sometimes the subject eyes don't peak at all... and at times subject peak back ground which is quite far behind also peak.... is it becos the focus peaking is not accurate??.. hmm..

Different lenses different way to focus and also depending on the subject contrast. It takes some practice :-) specially those fast primes you will have harder time to focus like those f1.2 and longer focal range like 80/90/135 with aperture faster than f1.8 :-)

Just practice practice imagine our fore father photographers they don't have AF also and they are limited with Film ISO/ASA how they shoot sports and events :-) you'll appreciate them and their skills :-) now a days we just point and shoot when focusing

Cheers

Hi Check the adapter. Those made in China ones some of them has some movement, either at camera mount area or lens mount area. Peaking I believe may also depend on the contrast of the subject. There is no way to get perfect peaking. Use same adapter and same lens combo often until u get a fill. Sometime the best sharpest picture is NOT the one u thinking peaking show its sharp. U have to try and get a feel. Diff to tell and i am still learning.

Aiyah pro like you bro still learning? We are learning from you :-)

you are right, let see how .hehehe

Now always you will need 12mm sometimes too wide has disadvantage specially when traveling. But it's nice to have such lenses :-)

I know its a boring shot. But it does show how silky and creamy the CV 35 f1.2 Asph ii can be

it's an UWA lens. so make use of the focusing scale to get a rough guide. I would lower the peaking display to low when using this lens to better accuracy.

Any tips for focusing? Cos the colour peaking seem to make all in focus

Typically for me for UWA lenses I focus more near infinity unless your subject is pretty darn close. :-)

Thanks for the tips. How I wish I have this cv 12f5.6 and a7 instead or D800 + 16-35f4 when I was visiting Europe.
