is it very heavy mounted on the a7 with LA-EA4 adaptor? seems like a better alternative to the soon-to-be-launched FE1635 F4.. what's the damage of this lens huh?

I will not say its light but wont say also very heavy. I'm not a big/tall person can gauge from how big the setup is plus LAEA4. Lens price in the BnS ranges from 1500-1700 I think for 2nd hand some selling I think above 1,7...
