Tripod mounted with OSS off, 15sec, 28mm @ f/16, ISO 50. Shot in raw and pp in LR5.4.

Mine is the 55mm f1.2 Aspherical, not the newer 50mm f1.2L. U know me, I feel Pentax colour suit A7 series sensor better than FD colours. Its the reverse on Ricoh camera. Sigh.. thats why end up so many lenses.

For 85mm, my take is the MD Rokkor 85mm f2.0. I had 4 copies before and every single piece is super sharp. One of the most consistent focal length of any make out there. A close second is the Olympus 85mm f2.0. Lots of character, not as sharp as Rokkor but u need to see the output.

For 90 mm nothing beats the R 90mm summicron for its price. Maybe the Olympus 90mm f2.0 macro.

For 100 mm, cant decide between the Contax 100 f2.0 or the Oly 100 mm 2.0. Luckily I sold the Oly to solve the dilemma.

Best value is the Rokkor 85mm f2.0 at around S$400, no horse run.

My views only and I dont test every lens on every camera so take it with a pinch of salt. Cheerios
