looks nice. shot with APS-C crop mode on i presume. any chance you can try shooting in full frame mode with the rear baffle removed to see the full frame coverage?

did some bugs macro with a7 + minolta 100f2.8 macro. pretty impressed with the amount of details the sensor captured. seems to be able to resolve more details compared to my a850

iso800, f8, 1/160s, single f60m flash with bounce card

cheers & take care!

Hi, did you notice any yellow cast in the centre of the frame after the compensation correction? Was told that the apps will apply the correction to the entire frame so while it can get rid of the magenta cast at the edges, it will also induce yellow cast in the centre too.

Agree ... I see occasional yellow cast too on my 12. The files needs work for sure.

A7 + VC 12

Love the size of the cam with this lens. Lens flare very easily though. And of course, the location had too many pple around knocking on the bar my clamp was on. Some shake seen. But I can care less.

I did remove the baffle to try but no difference. Still heavy vignetting.

Yes I heard the Minolta 100 Macro is one great, sharp lens. Never get to try it tho

been away for a while had some family emergency :-) I see a lot of awesome pix posted :-) keen them coming

Today tried to take some snap still not in the mood to bring out my cam after the emergency but took this old lens a spin anyways

Leica 50 F1.5 Summarit this lens has a reputation being soft and has low contrast wide open, sweet spot would be f2.0 took some few wide open I like the way it renders the image or how it soft at the same time still have details. I must agree the image has low contrast good for black and white but with PP you can pull the contrast, blacks and colors up to your liking. I tried a bit of that from these images

Stolen shot of my shy son he doesn't want to be photograph

Rokkor MD50 f1.4

I like the rendering of Minolta glass even their A-Mount counter parts when that's why I have a lot of Minolta lenses (A-Mount) before :-)

The a7 ISO perfomance really good ! Looks very clean even in ISO1xxx-2xxx.
