hehehe shutter sound kinda different it reminds me of my Leica R bodies like RE and R8 but not as loud as SLR... that's the sound of A7r to me. Bro you seen the security uncle pix I posted? that's 50mm so imagine how close I am to the uncle So the shutter sound not that loud mah yeah compare to A55/A77/A99 and NEX yeah kinda loud

haha good! i have been used to the "silent shutter" mode on my 5D3 and even found the nex 3n shutter a little loud, hence one of the reasons I went for the A7 is the electronic first shutter which reduces the amount of shutter noise by half

it's was set to Tungsten (Incandescent) but re-adjusted in LR cam WB is not that fantastic

hehe the cutting is the hardest to do even if we could buy the leather sticker need paper cutter like those in the office like a guillotine one....

haa tks! I bought the adhesive backed leatherette in one uncut A4 size from the states. ya i thought the leatherette would look great on the A7 the first time I saw the images of the body. Hence ordered about a month ago in preparation haha....

can cut into strips of 11.5cm x 5.6cm for you guys at a nominal fee to cover cost if really interested hehe... but the handiwork of cutting the area for the emount and flaps you guys can diy hehe... i used a emount body cap and pencil + scissors to do it
