Today tried the FE70-400 f4 @ 313 Sony show room not that nice to test such slow lens unless you like to shoot very high ISO... I think indoors this lens is good maybe outdoor will show it's potential... For those tight in budget I think the Minolta 70-210 F4 is a good alternative... bring it out today with me I didn't mange to test the Minolta at Sony Shop as I met a fellow Sony A7 owner we end up chatting most of the time hehe...

I suddenly remember quote from one famous Rolling Stone Magazine Photographer and Chief Editor quote below:

"I still need the camera because it is the only reason anyone is talking to me.

– ANNIE LEIBOVITZ
"

Anyways here's some Minolta 70-210F4 with LAEA4 on A7r no sharpening done this is almost OOC JPEG just adjusted some WB and Exposure and some I crop a bit to remove the unwanted subjects :-)

The FE2470 is back on the A7r after being out for soooo long because the FE55 was just too good to remove...it's still not a perfect lens but it is mostly good enough...well, more like buy already better use...this was taken with the 2470 and an off camera F43m flash at full power..i always shoot the flash at full power.

Thanks bro just one major flaw for beercan the CA or PF at wide open is very bad. The sigma 70-200f2.8 on the other hand is not very portable unless maybe your a big fellow hehe. But for now my lust over the FE70200 subsides until maybe I could test it outside the shop hehe

Hehe saw them already I think it's a good lens but for now the beer can and 70200f2.8 will do. Maybe considering the CZ 50 & 85 & 55FE.

For the snipers do you fire the shots in continuous burst or single? Just curious

Anyone using A7 or A7R with Voigt 12mm? I heard there are some color cast issues when used on the A7R. I am still in 2 minds on which A7 to get...

Yes bro some fellow care here posted some sample landscape pix of RF wide and UWA lens before yes the purple cast is evident I think you can PP but for now even me A7r user using Non-RF wide or UWA lens for landscape to avoid the purple cast

To b honest. I find d cv 12 n 15 to b way sharper than any of d non rf UWA lenses I've tried on d A7/R, magenta cast aside.

A7S may have less color casting/smearing issues due to the bigger pixels/microlenses. wait for the reviews to be out before deciding!

A7R definitelly will have more casting and smearing vs the A7.
