Starting to like this lens for its perspective of 20mm on FF.
Not too OTT in terms of perspective distortion and generally wide enough to do quite a bit.

I think is sharp all thru to the edge too and has f2.8 in case is needed.
Maybe flare control is its main weakness.

Prime camera store at Adelphi have the MD to NEX mount adaptor for this lens. Hope its helpful. Cheers.

thanks! i am using a bounce card, so the flash does not directly fire at my cat.. and it;s during day time, so the room is quite bright, so will minimise the effect..

Trying out fd 80-200mm/f4L for the first time. Pretty heavy and long, making handheld focussing difficult. Nice colour rendering though.
