Don't worry about not enough memory. It will have an iAlbum so that you can upload photos to your online Apple iAlbum on the fly and you family and friends can follow your shoots on the web. Then you can buy effects filters from iPP store.

Hmm, but I read somewhere that this replacement might be a really affordable FF (more affordable than A850) and it serves as an upgrade for A700 owners who want to upgrade to FF. Let's say, if the A700 replacement is less than SGD2000, it does slot into the gap nicely right?

P.S. the SGD2000 price tag or USD1500 is just a rumour stated in some of the websites. So it might not be true.

Just have to wait and see but a FF below 2k is highly unlikely unless the cost of fabricating sensor is low with high yields.

Who knows maybe it'll be debut of the exmor R sensor on the dslr instead?

It would interesting if Apple enters the DSLR market one day....imagine...iDSLR. Either white or black to choose from. Doesn't accept memory cards but you have a choice of 8GB or 16GB model. Only one button on the camera. :think:

Maybe they don't see enough of a market for it here in SG, where everyone is too gadget-and-feature obsessed and want live view, video, built-in cracked PSP, jailbroken iphone, wifi and a 32" screen.

one thing ive learnt is never trust the sony style workers too much, they alwys give me BS answers.

Firstly, they don even know that Sony alpha can use Minolta lenses. I even had to remind them that Sony acquired Konica Minolta in 2006 and Sony Alphas are the same as KM alpha mount... Then another time the staff give me excuses say lens cannot test etc. And worse is when A500 just came out, i asked them when will A550 reach Singapore, they dont even know whats A550...

So now the staff says A450 wont be launched here, we'll see if its true or just another crap by them again...

Well, funny part is, if you look at the forums abroad, you'll see many big fish unhappy swimming in the Canikon pool and buying an A850 + CZ 135

I wonder why they always place the AV button far inside, even though there is still alot of space in between it and AEL button. make it difficult to reach in potrait position.
