Sony A100 has Manual Smooth focusing?

That's hidden feature with 7D. That's really smooth with manual focusing with motor being disengaged. Does A100 come with it? :think:

Actually I have never been able to get that kind of smooth focusing on my 7D... for some reason or other I never get the sound of the clutch disengaging the drive shaft... in fact for my 100-400APO, the focus ring is really stiff on manual focus mode...
