Single RAW Exposure

A random handheld shoot of Changi Airport T3. I was there to send my little brother of to Beijing, he's going there for a CIP for which he need to complete so that to graduate from SMU. So, I decided to brought along my camera and see what I could get.
I'm still not very good at black-and-white rendition so if anyone could give me tips on how to improve. You are welcome to do so.

3-image hdr/dri with GND 0.9 soft for clouds tonality

A magnificent morning at Pasir ris Beach. Was not as disappointed as the previous time when I was here. The tide quickly rose till almost my knee-cap level but the magnificent sunrising and the cloud formation never stop me from getting out of there. This place is just too nice to be.

As the sun sets, emitting its last warmth to the world. Standing and viewing it, thinking of her... Is she also looking at the sunset at the other side? Hope she is doing fine and enjoying herself ... So many things I would want to tell her when she returns ...

Exploring Toa Payoh Central during this period for self-interest. Decided to shoot a different way, rather than my usual way. But, it seems like it's not working pretty well. No concept, just showing a tower standing tall, alone by itself with nothing to tell behind it. Will be re-working on it again. Trying to shoot with discipline and not just plain point-and-shoot.
