satay, which ISP u using ? my m1 wireless broadband can log in msn .. now got 3 persons inside compare to 20 on normal days.

QUESTION: anyone encounter this month bill extremely high, I received a bill last month with extra lines says ADJUSTMENT : my jetpack I paid monthly is $19.90, and I have to fork out another $120.00 for the Surprise adjustment. Call them, no one respond leh...even the customer hotline do not link u to any LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER leh..:sweat: this is one disaster, no warning one.

you may write an official email to them, i had given up hope trying to phone.

nowadays i will just go into their HQ at Somerset and settle the matter on the spot.

No lah...i think the bill keep coming in leh..I dun download, just use for email and chats and surf...hmm... the adjustments (their new structure), I still dun understand...
