Taken with 6 stops ND and a +4 soft step GND used reversed to hold back the bright reflections.
Did not set to 8 stops ND (+ another of my +4 ND making up to 12 stops ) because i forgot to bring my watch cannot time the length of exposure ... and 30 seconds from my D80 simply doesn give enough exposure. Else I would expect the surface to be much less rippled and smooth.
Taken with 4 stop ND filter, slow enough for the lighted boat to zip through the frame
5 seconds was all it took for the boat to run through it. Surprisingly there wasn too much human movement ( some bluring is expected )
There were a few boats running trips too and fro. There was only one with a green lighting at the back, and was the one I chose.
The first time I am doing a tilted shot stitched using an 85mm micro PC.
( Usually i just stitch the shifted shots untilted )
My copy tilts and shifts at 90 degree to each other ( I think this might be the default factory setting, else you gotta do abit of dismantling and readjust the axis if you are savy )
Stitching is a breeze since the 3 components shifted horizontally are taken from the same image circle of the lens.
