Horizon of my photos are fine. #22 overexpose in the highlight area.

I am not using filter for night photography. I will remove UV filter when I shot night pictures because filter causes flare and ghosting especially there are
bright lights.

Merlion looks quite nicely exposed and detailed, but the rest of the scene is too dark, I feel. The couple sitting at the steps are almost unnoticeable.
There's an uncomfortable tilt in the photo as well. Notice that Pan Pacific and Mandarin Oriental are not vertical.

Yes, the background is too dark. Merlion is very hard to tackle after dark because Merlion is brightly lit but the background is relatively dim. In addition, they are superbright spotlights beside Merlion (hidden behind Merlion in this picture). This is the best I could get from
single B&W negative.

Tilt problem corrected.
