Sichuan - AUG 2012

I am planning only a full day there so can only take in 1 valley as still going onwards to Yading & Lijiang. Did u reach Muluozi(木骡子) at Changpinggou? Read its a daunting long trek even on horseback but with rewarding views.

No, we only did the boardwalk up to the waterfall.

The last 3 photos: how much cropping did you do? Trying to gauge the power of the camera used.

First 2 - uncropped

Last - about 70%.

Unfortunately, not tack sharp as the girl realised she was shot and the guy all of a sudden jumped up to serve ice cream ! 5 seconds later, would have missed the shots
.

Beautiful photos , all very sharp , clear and interesting .
Mind sharing what camera , lens and filters used.
Keep it up , I really like and admire your photos .

No "special" filter used except for UV.

Mostly taken on the D800e, with 16-35 and 80-200, and some by Fuji X-Pro 1.

FlickR. Most were uploaded at about 50-60% of the original RAW size to save uploading time.
