Thanks bro, yes you are right flash is top left about 10 o'clock, i use a portable soft box, power set to 1/64 and camera on manual mode, f/11, iso200, 1/250s.

Ya 75-300mm is a good lens and great shots you have there. Too bad i sold off the lens and at a good price, hope the person who picked it up had been utilising it to the max like you.
