Trying to take some night scene using EP-2. AWB is off and too warm to use ooc

After PP, color looks more natural

You might want to try some cross processing, blend 2 photo together because this shot looks a bit too cold for me.

Nice work! Must have taken many tries to get those lines so well-aligned. Was this shot handheld?

BTW what camera did you use? My EP3 has no ISO 100..

Thanks man... :) I am using EPL1...

Only took me a couple of tries to get the right mix and the right angle because I did something like that before. No ISO100, no problem, you can use ISO200 too, just make sure you adjust the shutter until about half a second, not too over expose and not too under expose. I know it can be a bit hard to bring down the exposure especially in daylight, if you got low ND filter, can use it, or even CPL filter can be useful sometimes to bring it down 1 stop.

And ya, it was handheld...

Thanks bro.. Still looking for one.. Will use Minolta 50/1.4 for the time, contrast is high so I'll have to tweak the settings a bit more to look pleasing. Still learning about this cam so it will take some time to find a good balance. Skin tone on Oly is nice indeed

Hi guys, just started learning about photography with a 2nd hand EP-2 bought from a clubsnap user. Used to be a compact camera user but found that it is very limited and i can't get what i want. As i have always been using a compact, there are alot of stuff which i dont know and i hope to learn more about using this camera well from everyone. Cheers

I mainly take food photos with the occasional street. But still have that fear of taking random pictures of people and getting "spotted" by them. Hope to learn tips about taking good photos for the above two subjects.

Here are some photos taken and toned using Lightroom
