E-PL1 with Lensbaby Composer at f/2 (Composer is approx. 50mm equivalent [100mm in m4/3], 0.5 min focusing distance). This one is a Canon mount, and EOS-MFT adapter.

Not for everyone, but a few may be interested.

I have an E-PL1. I have the MMF-2. I have the 40-150mm. But I still cant get shots like this one. Well done.

Use tripod and MF, not that hard to get.

Wah, that's a good idea, put some water there for them to drink while you take photo. I always got this kind of birds flying in and taking a rest around my dad's plants.

They only take concentrated sugar water. No honey or other syrup.. bad for them. Only need those small chilly container (or yusheng container) and some bonsai wire.

Great great, thanks for the tips, I will try it and camp nearby on Saturday and Sunday morning (because they always seems to appear early in the morning during weekend, don't ask me why, haha).

The nicest I ever spotted was a yellow color one landing on my dad's plant singing away but it fly off after I managed to get hold of a camera.
