i just gotten a weather sealed lens in the guise of the ZD 14-54 mkII f2.8-3.5. Using it with my EM5 via the MMF3 and while it is expectedly slower to grab AF since it is still a 4/3 lens and mine is a EM5, but i believe it is optimized for CDAF. In any case for me it will make me factor in the AF speed when shooting but it is a great lens to use and bonus is that it is much cheaper (2nd hand) compared to the 12-40mm and of course it is heavier which is fine for me when used with the HLD-6.

Here's one shot taken with this lens. It stayed on my EM5 for the during of my 8 days TW/HK trip. It is slow but it is gold. Definitely an alternative to the 12-40mm IMHO, sharing my thoughts on this lens since i see many on sale now in the BNS section... a very very worthy upgrade to the 12-50mm IMHO.

I love my 14-54mm II, slow but gold is a great way to describe it. :)

With the EM-5:

Nice. Quality of the 12-40mm f/2.8 looks pretty impressive.

I thought the chap in the bottom left corner would add a "third party" instead of "romance by the boat". :)

Haha ya too bad couldn`t get him out of the frame

Recently modded Panasonic 7-14mm to hold 100mm filters (ideas from bro hyperfocal), now it has a new lease of life. some shots taken with EP5+Panasonic & diy holders. All single shot

I have been venturing a little bit more into black and white photography with the OM-D cameras (EM-1/5)
So here are some images that I enjoyed shooting and processing.
