Thanks, 7-14mm has better handling, and sharpness overall if I remember, as it was already sharp even on the less sharp E-P1/E-P2. I like the contrast on the Samyang, though, and the projection (see Projection section here ->
http://kenrockwell.com/tech/8mm-f35.htm).
Samyang is also about 1/3 the price, but I think a better comparison is against the Olympus 4/3 8mm Fisheye, or the upcoming Panasonic m4/3 fisheye, but those 2 should be a lot more expensive. So that leaves the Peleng fisheye which is closer in price.
However, Samyang is more like a semi-fisheye, so it is easier to use it like a regular UWA with some care in composing.
Even wide open, dof is still so big on the Samyang. Except for the church in the pics below, I didn't bother to focus on the rest of the pictures, although I had to be careful with the dof scale which was wrong (always the case from the factory it seems, need to adjust).
In this scenario, the Samyang is easier to use. Sharpness from f/5.6 is good, supposed to be best at f/11 to f/16, best done in pp.
