I only PP the exposure +1 and the most white balance. 60mm with f4.0 in a near proximity to the "delicacies". Maybe the key factor of this beauty is because the lighting(Metz AF 58 Flashgun bounce from top white ceiling and reflected down) and of course the food... ~slp!
