Think you are talking about the vintage Voigtlandr hood. It is the Voigtlander Prominent 310/49 hood. Very rare to find and expensive too.

Yeah, I found a few good alternatives. The CAM-in shoulder straps from China look pretty nice.

ARTISAN & ARTIST straps are better built, but they are overkill for its purpose and too ex for poor guys like me.
