hello uncles been fascinated with leicas for really really long time. Almost more then half of photogrpher's books in the Lee Kong Chin reference library owns leicas. Timeless classics i must say. Like anyone else here who doesnt have one yet, i would love to own a leica one day.
The only RF i have is a Yashica GSN haha. But i absolutely love film, which explains why i only touch my NikonFE and live my D90 in dusts :sticktong

Can anyone enlighten this 17 y.o. noob what are the lower end/ lower cost leicas that are available to get in singapore and what are their prices? I gonna start saving now lol

You could try a Leica CL or M4-2, certain M3's and M2 (particularly the beat-up ones) can go for quite cheap too. These usually are the cheapest, but do note if you are neow, the CL is not really a Leica, but rather, a Minolta-Leica blend. Of course, the lettering still says LEICA.

<< iamryansaw :If you really need to own at least a leica. Why not get the pre-war model which using a LTM lens. I guess that the only cheapest range of leica cam but will having a headache to look for a lens.

I'm still currently using Leica IID which build in 1932. and still going strong.

Here the links for some used leica:https://www.leicashop.com/vintage/leica-screw-cameras-mod-chrome-c-1000_1001_100113.html

You can try Cam-X at peninsula

Jap products but look like russian tanks:bsmilie:

how come CL oso needs IR-cut filter ah?

Someone wanted to know whether a Canon 50mm f1.2 lens can be used on a CL. Too lazy to take out the filter to show that it can be mounted of course.
