Yes, possibly the cheapest SD reader/slot available on the market. I wonder if they have replaced it with a higher end part in newer batches. I know for all my other cameras, I can stick the card in really hard realize its the wrong way around and it still works, but the M9 card slot is really fragile.

Very nice camera, only M9 with saphire crystal LCD at the moment other than the M9T.

Lastly nice hood, is that the one for the Fuji X100? How did you mount it?
