This species is a rediscovery , the credit of which goes to Tan Ben Jin who recorded its life history in 2010. Dr Horace Tan recorded its life history again in 2011, It will be added to the Official Singapore Butterfly Checklist , pending expert verification of voucher specimen.

There were at least 10 +1s by members of Butterflycircle on this butterfly today !
