Hi Stvc11,

There are a number of places where you can find butterflies.

Do drop by at ButterflyCircle Forum or ButterflyCircle Blog and get in touch with the friendly members there in shooting these beauties.

Hello Stvc11,

Butterfly photography is a whole different ball game, some people say it's one of the toughest subject to shoot in macro since they fly when approached.
Bluesteel is correct! Join us. You'll find it enriching & challenging.

Short banded sailor
Construction near the area, the leaf are dusted with dust while the butterfly wasn't spared either.

Hi Scenar,

Thanks for dropping by and sharing a beautiful shot of the Papilio polytes romulus (Common Mormon) Male with nice clean background.

You did well in freezing the wings of this constantly flapping butterfly.

Keep them coming !

Cheers!
