Thanks Thomas, it is the same for me, whenever I am in France, I struggle taking interesting photos, people look boring to me because they all look like me and I know their culture too much, there is nothing new for me there whereas here, it is completely different, everything is new and therefore my eyes are wide open and ready to catch every bit of light!

BTW, all shots were taken in HK, I still haven't had time to venture out in Singapore...

This was taken in the French island of La Reunion in the South Indian Ocean. A plant is trying to grow between the cracks in the solidified lava on one of the most active volcano in the world.
