not very sure if i got the exposure and colour right on the xpan in the 1st place and i'm trying to figure how to work the scanning software.

Hong Kong with M9 and the MS Optical R&D MS-mode 50/1.3, still getting used to meter, its very different from the M6/MP, had to adjust my framing mindset as well

Hi Dan

Good to see that you get a chance to use the M9 in HK :)
Can you elaborate on the difference between the M9 and the M6/MP?

Hi Vincent, had a bit of a chance, only got in about a half dozen shots, the metering seems a bit more sensitive than the M6 (or maybe my cams are getting a bit old) I find my shots a bit off even metering off neutral objects then re-composing. Having said that I have never used a digital M before, so it may just be my inexperience with the metering pattern. Its just different and with my limited use of the cam so far, I cant really put my finger on it. For now it seems way wider and top loaded than the others. Having said that I normally also shoot fully manual and the shots were done with settings on "A" (pretty new for me as well). I'm probably wrong though...

Yes.. from the same trip. In fact, I have about 4 rolls more to scan.. and two more rolls from outings with Amous and Thomas.. so 6 rolls all-in-all *faint*

But I should be able to get it all cleared this CNY :P

meven, what film did u use? I like the soft pastel-like colours :)
