Thanks. I think I underexposed the shot, the shot is straight out from my scanner. The only post processing is resizing.

Are those film grains or digitally generated noise? They look very even

Hi there, I did not add any noise, no post process. The problem was caused I guess was because a fast temperature change between my developer and fixer. My Developer was at 20 degrees while the fixer was at 15 degrees.
