Thanks guys... was helped A LOT by Lightroom2, now I can make local adjustments w/o having to open up the 40MP scan!! Saves TONS of time!!

But I think I need to bump my RAM up to 8GB already... super sluggish when doing local adjustments on such large files.

Just back from Australia, here are some scans from my mamiya 6. Shot on either 100VS or Provia 400. Scanned with my Epson V700, souped up in Lightroom 2.

Last few images from Australia I just scanned over the past few days.. Shot on either my Yashica 124G (first 3 on the Yashica) or the Mamiya 6. Porta 160/400VC... Scanning negs is really a pain, so much tweaking to get the colours to look ok...

It beats me to figure out why the education ministry needs to include curriculum like dating and love for the 17~18 year old students. :think: I think some of the students themselves know more than the lecturers & teachers. :bsmilie:
