Should be Portra film as mentioned here right dude?;)

Anime eyes! Is that Porta VC or NC? Very natural colors.

VC actually. dat was the only one i could find at ruby some time back. they ran out of fuji. :embrass:

oh yeah. my mamiya lost the button which allows the WLF to be removed. anyone knows where i can get the replacement part? want to replace the WLF with a ELF... its a pain trying to compose a portrait-orientation pic with a WLF...

Hi all, this is my first time posting MF pictures for sharing... taken with Rolleicord... double-exposure due to forgetting to wind film :P. Please comment what you think of the resultant images. Thanks!!

Both were scanned from actual prints... the second one seems to be stretched when it's being developed with border (printed on 4R paper).

Any new cameras must be tested on my sister first..haha

Incredible colours, sharpness and contrast. Was there PP? I always thought that NC's colours are very muted. Excellent pics nonetheless :D

edit - I think the muted colours film is Kodak's Portra NC instead. Paiseh

Martin, sorry for the confusion. It should be Fuji 160C. But I believe it is quite similar to Porta NC. The above were scanned from prints. The local labs here must have pushed up the saturation. But I do like the effect.

Cool, which lab did you go to? The labs I visit usually print at a very low saturation which I can't stand. I've since resorted to b&w photography and darkroom printing. Going to try out slides as soon as my exams ends

my 1st MF (645) post

Hi all, Long time I never contribute so here's my contribution.
Taken in Oman on a Mamiya 645 Pro and Sekor 80mm f2.8, red filter and Tmax 100.

Negatives developed in HC-110 dilution B for 6 mins at 20 deg and then scanned and tweaked on Photoshop Elements. (Yes I know the horizon is crooked but I'm feeling lazy tonight)
