Regretfully I did not because I did not have enough cash on me. Instead I waiting a few hours at the train station for the trip to Shanghai.

Did you carry two bodies and two lenses plus X 2? Must be pretty fit to do that.
Although I usually carry only one F3.5 TLR traveling China, but for HuangShan really need to consider carry at least the 50/60mm.

And yes I almost died carrying these things and climbing 3 hrs to reach my hotel...

For Huangshan, a 50/60 and a 150 is a must. I'd say that I use my 150mm more than my 60mm.
