Yes, this is 4x5 Velvia 50 ( from the last mass order ).

I seldom get such a strike also, if you peep thru the loupe, most likely you cannot see much also.. haha..
light condition is very poor, there is 2 pieces of GND infront of the lens, almost cannot see anything one...

lucky I took 2 shots, the other one is over by about 1.5 stops..

Taken a while back during MBS final stage of construction

Camera: Leonardo 8x10 Pinhole (Borrowed)
Lens: Lens-less, 3" focal length
Film: Velvia 50 8" x 10" (Expired for 1 decade)

It shows that if film is well kept, colours still maintain pretty well
