I have photographed these two since 1998. Using 135, 120 and only now 4x5.
I had friends who came here at 7th month, whatever, and all sorts.
I have seen different offerings given to them, they are just statues.
Bear in mind they were built in 1932, and will be gone soon.

Caretaker

This is the uncle that's been taking care of the buildings where my office is located ever since I started working here.

He lives in a small brick hut which can be partly seen in the picture on the right.

In the evenings, he has friends who would join him for dinner, or just a drink on the table right outside his home.

This is life for him, simple and carefree.
