Dong Ba Market Street shooting...
This time round for myself and SereneXMM, we were purely on rangefinder.
We were both pleasantly impressed by the friendliness of the Central Vietnam people.
Usually in a local marketplace like these, tourist like us would have been chased away and scolded at once we lifted up the camera to our eyes.
But surprisingly, here, the people are so happy to see SereneXMM and I shoot them.
It is the first time both of us are interacting with our street subjects in this way. And it was indeed refreshing.
Here are some of my snap captures, some interactive, others sniped from the side.
In a sea of shoes...
This was the scene right upon entering Dong Ba market. I am sure many of my fellow team mates saw this..

.. in awe with the sea of shoes..
I really didn't know how the local Central Vietnam people would react to close range shooting.. But they were a natural!

... where Conical hats and Baguets are aplenty...
We turned one corner and saw, a whole sea of conical hats. Now we understand where they buy theirs from...
.. not to mention a lot mountain-load of Baguet!

... A fashion display of the Cones...
This Dongba market is so flavourful. The old-style feel of the place, with the people... classic.

... Cones even in the narrow alley...
