6.05pm - “Five Stars” Tribute Aerial Flypast
6.40pm - National flag flypast
6.42pm - '50' formation, bomb burst by F16s
6.45pm - 21 gun salute
6.54pm - aerial displays - helicopter formation, C-130 and 2x Fokker-50, KC-135 + G550 + 2x K5, Black Knights 'criss cross' manoeuvre, 1x F15SG with afterburner, 3x F15SG 'flat burst'

Anyone tried to go to MBS skypark to shoot the aerial display or fireworks? Am considering to go up during one of the rehearsals. Is it open still to public or only to guests?

probably mbs side. wind is blowing away from you and can capture the fireworks from the building.

Was considering mbs but with a cropped sensor body, my widest is 16mm can't cover the area & the fireworks are quite high

Thanks for sharing! For the last rehearsal on 4th July the last few fireworks were slightly earlier, main fireworks started at 8.10pm

What is the best place to take firework? Fullerton by the bay? Custom house?

I don't there's a 'best' place, take a look at the photos here and you see people taking from many locations around the Marina Bay and also further out... You can take a look at the link by DiGdUb at the beginning of the thread to see the position of the fireworks platforms and plan. Do note as the actual day gets closer, you need to get to the more popular spots earlier to book a spot

Consider the promontory area... In front of marina bay financial centre. That distance should be ok for ur lens. And you have an ok background to work with. Wind direction should blow the wind towards the left side towards Fullerton
