bro, i find if you pan the cyclist will be more interesting here. But then again u doing something out of the norm that usually ppl will do. Its not that bad except u are not panning the cyclist (its blurred) who i assume is the subject of your photo (subject usually is in focus)?
btw this is your new lens?

haha... i dunno how to answer u... but i used to hate shots that are blurred.. until i saw some works by others... now i find it acceptable...
this is use kit lens i think... or 50mm.. i forgot...
