welcome cc...![]()
Keep working at it.
some short observations.
1. B&W and monochrome shouldn't be used for pping everything. Look for good directional light (eg rays), or scenes with lots of texture or unique contrast. B&W processing won't make a photo artistic if it ain't arty in composition or content in the first place. By removing color, you are removing potential visual anchors in photos already lacking in content.
2. Many of the photos need a stronger subject matter.
Hope i came across as helpful and not caustic.
This one plus 3 and 4.
You've got quite an interest for b&w post-processing ah. Nice!!
hi tks alot
mind to say more on point 2?
to me all comments (good or bad) are helpful really... bcos at least i know whether u like it or not...
good that you are taking the comment with an open mind.
for example look at 10, 17, 18. you have to ask yourself honestly, can you pinpoint what you are trying to express? if you can't do it succinctly yourself, much less the reader who has to interpret. For me 10, 17, 18 are snapshots. If they aren't then you have to convince viewers otherwise. Hope i'm not confusing u.
